I ran across the Slideshare site a few days ago and decided I’d give it a whirl. It looks like a unique way to present information to the Tumblemoose readership so I’ve used it for this post. The post is about some current happenings here.
I’d be interested in any feedback in terms of using this format on occasion.

Hey, that looks pretty neat! Was it easy to use? I could see it useful for certain kinds of posts but I don’t know that I’d like it for every post (which I’m sure was not your intention).
Tracy´s last blog post..How Life Coaching Helped My Blog
Hey there Tracy,
No I think a splash of color now and then is the best approach.
And it was so easy, even a caveman, um, tumblemoose could do it.
Cheers!

Tumblemoose´s last blog post..Trying something new
I think it might be really good for showing a step by step how to.
Tracy´s last blog post..My Trip to the Farmer’s Market
I think it would be perfect for that use, Tracy. I just did a bare bones beta but you could get VERY creative with the presentation

That’s cool! I’ve seen Slideshare before, just didn’t know how easy or complex it might be to set up. Looks like they’ve improved the aesthetics.
I really like the way you used it here. I’m also diggin’ all the new exciting things you’ve got going on.
A big ‘Woohoo’ to you, George!
Hey, Mikey, (s)he likes it! LOL I think this is a great idea, George. The only thing I didn’t do was watch the YouTube video at the end and that’s because I’m on limited Internet access (USB modem) and that’s a problem on my end, not yours. Anyway, this is great fun–just like you! I love it!!!

I also think it would be great for how-to posts.
I will try out slideshare and look how it goes!
Ulla Hennig´s last blog post..Some Stories Berlin Can Tell You
Looks pretty awesome, I am sure I can find a few uses for it.
KushMoney´s last blog post..Poker Training Weekly Launch Today!
Try slideboom.com. It does a great job of keeping more things intact than slideshare.
Meryl Evans´s last blog post..List of Twitter Chats
Hi Mary Anne,
Thanks for the encouragement. I’m looking forward to new and exciting things ahead!

Hi Michele!
Thanks! You always leave the nicest comments. It’s been a rough week here, but things are looking up!
George
Aw, sorry to hear that, George! I’m glad things are looking up, though! I know what you mean about a rough week: I lost my 28-year-old cousin to a car wreck (she died on impact) and she left a baby boy who isn’t even two-years-old yet.
So, I’m with ya on the rough week! And, thanks for the compliment. I’m thrilled to leave nice comments!

Hi Ulla!
I think that will end up being a primary use!
Nice to see you here again!
George
Hey Kush,
let me know how it goes. I’d be interested in seeing anything you put together.
Cheers
George
Hi Meryl.
I’ll head on over and give that a look today. Thanks for the tip!
George
Nice! I just taught myself quite a lot about maximizing powerpoint presentations and am turning those into YouTube videos…this looks most useful indeed. Might you consider posting the find at the forums?

Hi Barbara,
Thanks for coming by again!
I will put a thread together. I think it could be useful for folks, or at least they should have a look at the format!
