There I was, minding my own business. Ok so that’s not really accurate. I was minding Tumblemoose business. For about the last month. The big plan was to ease into some writing projects with any luck and the grace of God. Once the ball got rolling, give notice at my 9-5 slave labor gig and go full-time freelance. The past week has been no less than crazy, with every project that I put feelers on coming through and a few I didn’t expect raising their heads. Now I have to quit my day job. Or figure out how to get by on 2.5 hours sleep a night.
Since Tumblemoose is no longer a strappin’ young lad, 2.5 hours of sleep is not going to cut it.
This is not me complaining. This is me a little in awe over the events that have transpired over the past few weeks. I am grateful, thankful and more than just a little excited – oh, and scared.
With that said, I’m gonna get right on it.
