I know the feeling, Paisley. My first year of freelancing was crazy too, but then I realised I needed to leave time for other things.

I worked like a demon for twelve months solid with very little sleep. My objective was to start a flow of substantial incoming cash (freelancers often have to wait to be paid). This ensures I'm always ahead. I was able to slow down somewhat and have a more normal schedule. Sounds drastic but I was faced with a crisis and had to give it my all. It worked for me. Your post is invaluable to freelancers - thanks so much.
