  1. Hi George,

    *blush*

Thanks for tapping me ~ I’ll wear this with pride and gratefulness. You’re too kind. Thanks, George!

You are absolutely my favorite pelican-rescuing, bagpipe-playing, read-out-loud kind of guy.

I’ll be sending instructions to halt all plans for construction of SonicBurger joints in Alaska, too.

Happy Friday and enjoy your weekend.

  2. Hi George,

First, congratulations on your beautiful blogger award. You do deserve it.

Second, thank you for including me in your list. I am humbled and honored.

Bagpipes? Hmmmm. I thought you already knew how to play them. You know, wear kilt, play bagpipes. Got a video for us? I’d love to see/hear one. :)

  4. Thanks for putting me on the list George. Let me know how the bagpipe thing goes, that’s something I wouldn’t mind learning to play myself. Cool post :D

  5. Before word of this gets around and presumably – blogging Gods forbid – you’d get pelted with metaphorical rotten tomatoes for picking me and my blog, I therefore accept this recognition with humility, grace and gratitude. Thanks a lot, George! :)

  6. woot! woot! I’m giddy with excitement George! Thank you for this wonderful honor. :) I find it an amazing recognition to receive a vote of confidence from you and to be listed alongside these awesome folks. :D

    Thank you!

ps. ooh bagpipes remind me of my time attending a Youth Festival in Aberdeen, Scotland. Great memories!

  7. HI George! You are so beautiful to meeeeeeeeeee!

I do live a very quick drive from a Sonic and they have half price happy hour every day from 2-4 – do you know how HARD I have to work not to go there every day before or after picking my 2nd grader up from school.

Not to mention the Chik Fil A with peach shakes practically across the street from his school.
