That is a bit sad.  I too had that kind of experience once.  Sometimes the fortress of doom is so heavily fortified, it&#039;s impossible to scale the walls.

It&#039;s too bad because there is a lot to learn from the FISH program.

		<description>I once worked at a place with dismal morale.  We were shown the FiSH movie by management, but it didn&#039;t end up having any impact on management or staff.  Sad.  It left me wishing I was throwing fish.  :-)

		<description>This was a great reminder post for me.  I have been using FISH a great deal in my life and adding to it Marshall Rosenberg&#039;s Nonviolent Communications has just changed my attitude from the core outward.  So many people in my life avoid any kind of conflict or confrontation - they give up on themselves little by little and feel less power in themselves for their living or their writing.  By adding some skills and a fresher attitude they don&#039;t just  give away their power. 

It also slows down someone&#039;s ability to rant at someone else - thus you avoid the really unpleasant conflicts all together - Conflict is growth...

Thank you for this post - just perfect timing for me.
